I almost forgot about joining Raisa's and Eirene's link-up party for this month. Had I not seen the other participants' posts, I would have missed this altogether! See, I even failed to shoot a decent photo for this entry. Anyway, I'll be sharing my favorite hair and body essentials for

FOR THE HAIR: My hair is actually the least of my concerns these days because I don't have to deal with frizziness, but on some days, I apply some Moroccan oil to my damp hair. I just don't do so on a daily basis because I despise product build-up. Every once in a while, I use an organic coconut oil as a deep conditioner since my hair has endured regular color treatments for as long as I can remember.
FOR THE FACE: I probably have several kinds of moisturizer in my vanity, which I purposely save for certain situations. The Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet is a bit on the creamy side, so it's more ideal to use at night, before bed, or when the weather's too cold. This oil-free moisturizer for sensitive skin, however, is perfect for daytime use. A half-press pump goes a long way! Finally, who can live without a moisturizing lip balm that really does its job?
FOR THE FACE/BODY: Remember this Ultra Repair® Cream from my ipsy September glam bag? It's been useful for me these days, especially for dry patches I get around my mouth.
I don't use hand creams because I find them greasy, but I find that I reach for this if my palms feel extremely dry.FOR THE BODY: I ran out of body wash a few weeks ago, and I picked this Shea butter & almond oil variant at the grocery because Roan and I thought it smelled heavenly. As it turns out, it's very moisturizing for the skin, too! My best discovery of all is this anti-itch body lotion, which is formulated for eczema-prone skin. I don't have eczema, but my skin does get extremely dry, especially now with the cooler weather. This lotion is the only product that has addressed that, and even prevented future flare-ups. Win!

I'm not a heavy coffee-drinker, but for some weird reason, I've been picking up Starbucks' Iced Cold Brew a lot lately. Strangely enough, I don't get extreme palpitations either. It's even more strange that I prefer to have cold drinks than hot ones in the fall, isn't it?
Also, Roan has recently had me involved in watching the 5th season of The Walking Dead. I'm not a fan of this kind of shows; heck, I freaked out in the first five minutes of World War Z! I'm slowly catching up with the earlier seasons on top of the other shows I'm watching.
