Currently in September

Would you believe that I haven't been in front of my laptop since Friday last week? I kind of fell in a slump lately that I didn't even feel like opening my Twitter and Instagram (although I've tweeted a few times, and they're not even worthy of sharing at all) accounts. I loved the quick break from social issues and what-nots, though, because I got to binge-watch Bloodline on Netflix. If you're looking for something new to watch, I highly recommend that show! The story just got better every episode!

Anyway, here's my 'currently' entry for September:

+ THINKING about what to cook for dinner tonight. My favorite thing to do is try to remember what's left in our pantry and fridge without having to actually look into it.

+ FEELING excited about tonight's gym session with my husband. It's been a while since we both went to the gym together, so it's going to be interesting.

+ READING Why We Broke Up by Daniel Handler. I can't even tell you how long I've been reading this. I need to get back on that very soon!

+ WATCHING VevoTV. I realized this when Roan played it in the background the other day. I'm like, how come I didn't know about this before?

+ CALLING the hospital to schedule some laboratory tests for Saturday. I went to the doctor for a physical examination yesterday, and it was my first time to have a pap smear done. I need to know the condition of my body right now, especially when I know I need to lose some weight I put on since coming here to the US.

+ TRYING to wrap my head around all of the bills. Sometimes, being a grown-up sucks.

+ LOVING the crisp morning air. Hello, fall!

+ HOPING that I get a job soon. I have sent my resumé to several job opportunities that matches my interests, and I'm just waiting for a call from any of them.

I'm honestly starting to feel bored at home, so I think it's about damn time I start making a living, too.

+ LISTENING to the sound of the dryer. Did you know that I love newly-washed laundry? I don't know how, but I find it relaxing.

+ THANKFUL for my husband, for putting up with my nonsense. He's been really patient, kind, and understanding lately that it's a shame I'm even throwing a fit over the littlest things. God, I love my husband.

+ FINISHING my afternoon tea.
