I don't know if any of you have noticed, but I'd been posting sporadically on the blog and my social media accounts. To say that I've been busy is an understatement. I don't feel it necessary to discuss what happened (or is happening) in detail, but the blog had to take a backseat for a while. SCATTERBRAIN isn't, nor am I going away, but prioritizing some things more than spending hours in front of my computer and phone screen seems to be the smartest move right now.

Am I making any sense? Basically, adulthood is kicking my behind.

+ THINKING about what to do or where to go for my birthday. Any guesses on when my birthday is? (OK, friends from way-back-when are NOT welcome to answer, ha!)

+ FEELING scared of turning another year older. (While we're on the subject, right?)

+ READING blogs. I've been terrible at reading my blogroll lately because of the aforementioned, but I tried making up for that last weekend. (Well, at least I've read a few...)

+ WATCHING a lot of different shows. Some days I'm watching new episodes of Criminal Minds, some days I'm catching up with the new seasons of Army Wives. Just recently, Roan and I started watching Real Husbands of Hollywood. Kevin Hart outdid himself!

+ TRYING to make sense of 2015. So much has happened; I look back on those memories, and all I see is a blur. Tell me I'm not alone in this.

+ DRINKING my iced coffee from Starbucks. I've been reaching for this no nonsense drink a lot lately, and I blame Roan for that!

+ LOVING CHVRCHES new album, Every Open Eye. Obviously, I'm still hung over from their concert in LA two weekends ago. Can I just say that Lauren Mayberry was even more adorable in person?

+ ENJOYING the cooler weather.

Our thermostat at home reads 75 to 78 degrees, and it's even cooler outside. We seldom get temperatures in the 80s—a valid reason to reach for my sweater these days!

+ HOPING for a miracle. OK, good news about employment will suffice.

+ LISTENING to Keep You on My Side by CHVRCHES, of course.

+ THANKFUL for every morning that I get to see the light of day. Every. Single. Day.

+ FINISHING this entry so I can move on to the next, perhaps?
